I fell in love with its focus on strength, flexibility and alignment.

What’s your favorite/least favorite Pilates exercise to teach?

My favorite exercise to teach has to be the roll up.

What type of client inspires/challenges you?

My clients inspire me every day with their dedication to the Pilates Method. If not for them, I would not be the teacher I am today.

What profession other than Pilates would you like to attempt?

Rock Star of course.

If you could live anywhere where would that be?

Near the beach with a lobster roll and a tall glass of lemonade.

Your favorite color and flower.

I could never pick one favorite color, though royal blue is up there. My favorite flower is Peony. So fragrant. I’m so allergic. It’s too bad to love something so beautiful.

Your favorite superhero or heroine?

Oprah she has always stood up for what she believes in and what she has done with her causes and charities she is a real life super hero.

Who inspires you?

My late father Charles and his wife Peggy for being great teachers, great parents and great friends to know.

Your favorite food and drink?

Ooh. Evil question. Lobster roll at the moment. Lemonade always.

Your favorite book and tv show?

Without question Dostoyevsky’s “Crime and Punishment”. My all time favorite TV show (s) has to be “ LOST” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”.

I don’t hobby. I live.
