Studio Policies
• All group class packages expire three months from issue date. All private and semi-private class packages expire six months from issue date.
• A one-time $25 extension fee can be purchased and the extended package must be used within two months. (This only applies to packages used within one year of issue date) All packages older than one year will not be honored.
• The option of freezing a package will only be granted when accompanied by a medical professional’s note. Packages frozen due to medical issues will only be honored for an additional year.
• There are no refunds, but paid sessions are transferable.
• Classes and teachers are subject to change without notice.
• Sessions cannot be extended for late clients.
• Space is limited for group classes, so reservations are required to guarantee a spot.
• Standing appointments are for six months. Frequent cancellations will result in the loss of your standing appointment.
• Appointment email and telephone reminders are a courtesy, but are not the studio’s obligation.
• Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to group classes and 24 hours prior to private or semi-private sessions. Late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from your package or billed to your credit card on file.
• If your duet partner cancels more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of either taking a private or cancelling your session.
• A valid credit card must be on file in order to book classes and appointments. If payment is not processed at time of session or class, the credit card on file will be charged subsequently.
• Please sign in at the desk before sessions/classes.
• Socks are required for workouts
Packages are not interchangeable.
• All sessions and classes are subject to service tax at NYC Locations
