Class Schedule

Below is the most up-to-date class schedule for classes running at our 2nd Avenue and Scarsdale studios.  From Tower Mat classes to Reformer and Cross Trainer classes, there’s a class to meet all your fitness and Pilates goals.

If you’ve never done Pilates before, we recommend taking at least 2 private sessions before joining our group classes.  This will ensure that you know the fundamentals of classical Pilates, can keep up with the rest of the class, and maintain a safe exercise practice.

*Cancellations must be made 12-hours prior to the start of class.  Late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from your current package or billed to your credit card on file.

*Space is limited for group classes, so reservations are required in advanced.

*All group class packages expire 3 months from issue date.

*Classes and teachers are subject to change without notice.
